Precision rTMS

Magnetic pulses delivered through a coil at your scalp, targeting the circuit driving your symptoms. Your dose is calibrated to your own motor threshold, and the target is chosen by measuring how your body responds rather than by a fixed scalp coordinate. Non-invasive, drug-free, no recovery time.

From £350 a session 20 to 30 minutes a session

NayaScore assessment

The measurement that comes before treatment. Grip strength, continuous heart rate variability from a wearable ring, and cognitive testing across twelve domains, repeated during your course. It shows us where to target, and answers with your own numbers whether treatment is working. Not a diagnostic test.

On enquiry Repeated through your course

Restore programme

For people below their baseline with a diagnosed condition, who have already tried the medication, the physiotherapy and the referrals. Longer courses, measured throughout, aimed at ordinary life resuming rather than at a questionnaire score shifting slightly. Chronic pain, depression, anxiety, fatigue and migraine.

From £350 a session Course length agreed at assessment

Optimise programme

For people already at or above baseline who want a measurable gain rather than reassurance. Typically five sessions of three minutes each across seven weeks, bracketed by cognitive assessment, so the change is a number you can check rather than a feeling you have to take on trust.

On enquiry Five sessions across seven weeks

Accelerated protocols

Several sessions a day across a small number of days, rather than one a day for six weeks. The total dose is similar and the calendar is compressed, using theta burst patterning. Suitability depends on your condition and your circumstances, and is decided at assessment.

From £350 a session Several sessions a day

Heart-brain coupling

Rather than fixing a scalp coordinate, we test candidate sites and watch how your heart responds to each one. A brief slowing indicates the network linking the front of the brain to the vagus nerve has engaged. We then treat the site your own physiology answers to.

On enquiry Confirmed at assessment

Integrated therapy

The care around the coil. Talking therapy and trauma-informed support alongside stimulation, because a nervous system that has spent years braced does not settle on pulses alone. Delivered by clinicians who work with trauma, chronic illness and addiction rather than in general practice.

On enquiry By arrangement

Progress tracking

Wearable monitoring between sessions and structured follow-up after your course, so progress is reported rather than remembered. It is also how we find out early when something is not working, which is the point at which that information is still useful to you.

On enquiry Between and after your sessions

Brain health has not been unmeasurable.
It has been unmeasured.

Naya was founded in 2025 by Dan and Emily Honeywell and treats from one clinic inside UNTIL Marylebone at 1 Orchard Street. Before any treatment begins we measure across 12 cognitive domains, alongside grip strength and continuous heart rate variability.

Magnetic stimulation has been used clinically for more than 25 years. In treatment-resistant depression, meta-analyses report response rates of around 50 to 60 per cent and remission of roughly 30 to 40 per cent, the figures our scientific advisor Professor Alexander Sack set out in The Telegraph in March 2026.

Two pathways run off the same clinical engine. Restore is for people below baseline with a diagnosed condition, where courses have run from 10 to 30 sessions. Optimise is typically 5 sessions of 3 minutes each across 7 weeks, bracketed by assessment.

Your journey,
step by step

A free consultation

Fifteen minutes with a clinician about what you are dealing with and what has already been tried. No obligation, and if stimulation is not right for you they will say so on the call.

Assessment and baseline

Clinical screening, then your NayaScore baseline: grip strength, heart rate variability and cognitive testing across twelve domains. Your motor threshold is measured, which sets your individual dose.

Finding your target

Candidate sites are tested and we treat the one that produces the clearest heart-rate response. It is the difference between calibrating to you and aiming at an average.

Course, reassessment, decision

Sessions run to an agreed number. The same measures are repeated partway through, so if the numbers are not moving you hear it early rather than at the end.

Common
questions

What is rTMS, in plain terms?

Brief magnetic pulses delivered through a coil resting against your scalp, which change the activity of a targeted brain circuit. You stay awake, there is no anaesthetic and no recovery time. Most people describe a light tapping at the scalp and nothing worse.

Why do you measure before treating?

Because you cannot personalise what you have not measured. The baseline tells us where to target, and repeating it during your course answers whether treatment is working using your own numbers rather than your recollection of how you felt weeks ago.

What does it cost?

The initial fifteen-minute consultation is free. rTMS sessions start from £350 and peripheral magnetic stimulation from £250. After your consultation we recommend a protocol and give you the total for it, so the number is agreed before anything starts. Interest-free payment plans are available.

Will it definitely work for me?

No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. Response rates vary by condition, the evidence is much stronger for some than others, and your clinician will be specific about which category you fall into. Because we reassess partway through, you find out early.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can contact us directly and start with the free consultation. If you are already under a consultant or a GP, we can write to them with your consent so your care stays joined up rather than running in parallel.

Is this covered by insurance?

Some comprehensive and international policies, including Bupa Global, may cover consultations and treatment depending on your individual cover. We provide insurer-ready documentation with diagnosis summaries, treatment plans and clinical rationale, so you can claim without chasing us for paperwork. Check your own policy before assuming it applies.
