Precision rTMS
Magnetic pulses delivered through a coil at your scalp, targeting the circuit driving your symptoms. Your dose is calibrated to your own motor threshold, and the target is chosen by measuring how your body responds rather than by a fixed scalp coordinate. Non-invasive, drug-free, no recovery time.

NayaScore assessment
The measurement that comes before treatment. Grip strength, continuous heart rate variability from a wearable ring, and cognitive testing across twelve domains, repeated during your course. It shows us where to target, and answers with your own numbers whether treatment is working. Not a diagnostic test.

Restore programme
For people below their baseline with a diagnosed condition, who have already tried the medication, the physiotherapy and the referrals. Longer courses, measured throughout, aimed at ordinary life resuming rather than at a questionnaire score shifting slightly. Chronic pain, depression, anxiety, fatigue and migraine.

Optimise programme
For people already at or above baseline who want a measurable gain rather than reassurance. Typically five sessions of three minutes each across seven weeks, bracketed by cognitive assessment, so the change is a number you can check rather than a feeling you have to take on trust.

Accelerated protocols
Several sessions a day across a small number of days, rather than one a day for six weeks. The total dose is similar and the calendar is compressed, using theta burst patterning. Suitability depends on your condition and your circumstances, and is decided at assessment.

Heart-brain coupling
Rather than fixing a scalp coordinate, we test candidate sites and watch how your heart responds to each one. A brief slowing indicates the network linking the front of the brain to the vagus nerve has engaged. We then treat the site your own physiology answers to.

Integrated therapy
The care around the coil. Talking therapy and trauma-informed support alongside stimulation, because a nervous system that has spent years braced does not settle on pulses alone. Delivered by clinicians who work with trauma, chronic illness and addiction rather than in general practice.

Progress tracking
Wearable monitoring between sessions and structured follow-up after your course, so progress is reported rather than remembered. It is also how we find out early when something is not working, which is the point at which that information is still useful to you.
