Terms of Service

Appointments are confirmed by email once a booking deposit or package agreement is in place. New clients begin with an initial consultation before any treatment is booked.

Cancellation: please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be re-offered. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session at the practitioner's discretion.

Health screening: all clients complete a brief health questionnaire before their first treatment. We may defer or decline treatment where the screen identifies contraindications, and refer you to a medical practitioner where appropriate.

Liability: Naya is a specialist practice, not a medical service in the NHS sense. Treatments are not a substitute for medical advice; please consult your GP for any clinical concern.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
