Dan founded Naya in 2025 with his sister-in-law Emily after a member of their family was told a long-term neurological condition was simply something to live with. He came to healthcare from category design and biotech, having previously built a company from nothing to a nine-figure valuation. He is not a clinician, and clinical decisions at Naya sit with the clinical team.
